What does Drilluxe sell?
Drilluxe provides professional nail care products, including gel nail polish sets, nail drill bits, and manicure tools. All product descriptions on our website accurately reflect what is included in each item.
Where are orders shipped from?
We ship all orders from our U.S. fulfillment center and carefully select products based on quality and customer experience.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time, Drilluxe currently ships exclusively within the United States.
What are your shipping times?

- Standard delivery: 6-15 business days

Do you provide tracking?
Yes, once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email you provided at checkout.
What is your return policy?
Drilluxe accepts returns on unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened gel polishes, used tools, or used beauty items cannot be returned.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to update the address.

If the order has already shipped, Drilluxe is not responsible for packages delivered to the address provided by the customer.
